On Sunday 10th April we’ll replant the Town Centre tubs. This will involve emptying them completely, lining them with plastic and then refilling them with an organically rich soil which will help to retain moisture. We’ll then plant them up with a variety of herbs.
We’ll also work on the small piece of land at the entrance to the Budgens car park. This scruffy piece of land in the Town Centre tends to get knocked about a bit by children and dogs, so we’ll probably plant some rather thorny gooseberries there as a mild deterrent!
We’ll meet at 10 am in the Market Square. All adults and children are welcome.
